The Forum has an ierarhical structure.Like in any other private organisation,individual rights and freedoms must be restricted,so the organisation can reach its iideals. Analogue to an office,where the boss isn't chosen by the employees,they don't represent their needs and have no obligations to them,neither here the actions of the administrators/moderators must be aprooved by the members. Do NOT confuse a public organisation with a private one. No fights. Respect the other forumists. If you can't have a civilised chat,find another hobby. The intention of starting or continuing a fight will be sanctionated with an advertisment. Without off-topic replies. You can diverge from the topic's subject,but NOT TO MUCH. Any think skin reply will be sanctionated with an advertisment. The users who are found guilty of vulgar language,inaproppiate language, who whip up to violence,or rasism will be banned. Use the edit! 2 or more posts one after another from the same user risk to be sanctionated with an avertisment,depending on the gravity of the problem. If a forumist gets 3 advertisments in a month,he will be banned. The second ban is definitive and irevocable. Choose carefully the section you will post in( english or romanian). If you post in romanian in the english section,you will get an advertisment,and a 1 day ban(which is not considered as a normal ban)
